Don’t love what you bought? We’re happy to accept returns for items within 60 days of your purchase with a valid receipt. If you do not have a valid receipt or if we cannot confirm your purchase in our system, you may exchange the item in-store for another item of equal value but no refund or credit will be issued.

Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Items with “Do Not Remove” tags must be attached in order to be returned. Make sure you’re completely satisfied with your item before removing this tag.

Some items marked Final Sale or clearance may be non-returnable, for example: items ending in .97 cents and items priced at $15 or $5. Face coverings are also non-returnable.

Pack up your return.
Place your items and the packing slip inside a sturdy box or package. Cross out any older addresses and barcodes. Tape up your package and affix your
shipping label to the outside.
Ship it back to us.
Drop off your package at any UPS location. Once it ships, use the link in your confirmation email to track its progress. $6.99 will be deducted from your refund for the cost of using the prepaid return label. Certain items may be exempt from this deduction.
Once we receive your return, refunds will be issued in the form of original payment.
We’ll send an email to let you know we’ve processed your return—it may take up to 10 business days for your refund to show up in your account. Please note that your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction. If you paid with an gift card, we’ll send an electronic gift card to the email provided on the order, usually within 48 hours.
If you prefer to return using the delivery service of your choice OR if a prepaid return label was not provided, please ship your return to the address below. Packages must be returned prepaid. We are not responsible for errors made by the shipping carrier, such as delayed items that arrive outside of our returns window or lost packages.

a. Place your packing slip and items in the original or new package and securely seal. If using existing packaging mark out any old addresses and attach the prepaid label to your packages at home or prior to visiting the UPS Access Point location.

4. Drop off your pre-labeled, prepaid packages at the selected UPS Access Point or one of the thousand listed here, including The UPS Store. Operating hours may vary. UPS Access retailer accept for 5- to 7-day ground and air delivery.

5. Provide your package(s) to a UPS Access point associate. UPS will pick up packages within 24 hours.* Track shipment and delivery through UPS.


*Most packages will be picked up within 24 hours. Select stores do not have Saturday pickup. In addition, UPS will not pick up packages on Sunday, holidays or in certain weather conditions. Use the UPS tracking tool to check package delivery status.


What is a UPS Access Point store?

A UPS Access Point is a safe and convenient location you may drop off or ship and collect packages from near you. A UPS Access Point location is a retail outlet such as a grocery or pharmacy location that serves as a convenient and efficient UPS parcel delivery and retrieval location.

Can I have my order delivered to UPS store or Access point location?

This option is not available at checkout at this time. However, If you are a UPS My Choice® member, you can enter the location the UPS Store and other UPS Access Point locations of your choosing. They will hold your package for up to seven calendar days at no additional charge. Visit for more information.

Can UPS Access point associates pack my package for me?

No. UPS Access points does not have packing services. Any packages you drop off must be sealed and a prepaid label must be attached before you come in.
